These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, software, platforms, and websites provided by Murray River Express Inc ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Murray River Express Inc provides cloud-based logistics and supply chain execution solutions, including but not limited to warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), order management, analytics, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain services may be subject to fees under separate agreements or pricing plans. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Murray River Express Inc are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services solely for your internal business purposes.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and industry standards.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Murray River Express Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murray River Express Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
