The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and transaction processing and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee investment orders from initial receipt to complete settlement
- Organize and align trade execution, settlement timelines, and delivery deadlines
- Check and confirm order specifications, quantities, and transaction data for correctness
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, vendors, and clients to address and fix transaction problems or delays.
- Work closely with internal departments to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience
- Take part in team discussions and inter-departmental alignment activities
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent planning and time-management abilities
- Very strong focus on detail and precision
- Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office applications
- Capability to perform tasks on your own and collaborate effectively with others
- Flexibility to handle shifting tasks and deliver under strict time constraints
